Beeline lists your bookings, newest first, as cards you can scan.

Check a booking's status
Ask What's the status of my Lisbon hotel? and Beeline shows where it stands.
Here's what each status means in plain English:

PENDING |
Reserved but not paid. Nothing has been charged and it isn't confirmed yet — complete payment to confirm it. |
PAYMENT_INITIATED |
You've opened the payment link and checkout is under way. Finish paying to confirm. |
PAID |
Payment succeeded and your booking is confirmed. You'll have a confirmation email. |
FAILED |
A payment attempt didn't go through. You can retry on the same payment link. |
CONFIRMATION_FAILED |
Payment went through, but the booking couldn't be confirmed with the hotel or airline. No charge stands for the failed booking — you can retry. |
CANCELLED |
The booking has been cancelled. |
If you see CONFIRMATION_FAILED, you're not out of pocket — just ask Claude to
retry, or try a different room, fare, or date if it keeps happening. More on this

Cancel a booking
You can cancel a hotel or a flight by asking — for example,
Cancel my Barcelona flight.
Beeline always previews the penalty first: it shows you what refund you'd get and any cancellation fee, before anything is cancelled. Review that, then confirm to go ahead. Cancellation is irreversible once confirmed, so the preview is your chance to check the cost.
