Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 August 2026

1. Who we are and how to contact us

1.1 This service is operated by Beeline Technologies Ltd ("Beeline", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17139696, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

1.2 You can contact us at hello@onbeeline.com.

1.3 In these terms, "you" means the person using Beeline to search for and book travel services.

2. What these terms cover

2.1 These terms govern your use of the Beeline service and the booking service we provide to you. By making a booking through Beeline, you accept these terms.

2.2 These terms do not govern the travel service itself. The flight or accommodation you book is provided by the airline or hotel (the "Supplier") under the Supplier's own terms and conditions. Section 5 explains how this works. You should read the Supplier's terms before you pay.

2.3 We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version in force at the time you made that booking. Changes do not affect bookings already made.

3. What Beeline is

3.1 Beeline is a travel booking service. We help you search for, select and pay for flights and accommodation offered by our Suppliers, and we arrange your booking with the relevant Supplier. You access Beeline through a connected AI assistant and through the Beeline web app.

3.2 We act as an agent, not as a principal. We do not buy travel services and resell them to you, and we are not the provider of any flight or accommodation. Specifically:

  • Accommodation. We act as a disclosed sub-agent of our accommodation suppliers. The Supplier we are booking with is identified to you on the booking confirmation and payment page and in your Beeline web app account.
  • Low-cost carrier flights. We act as an agent of the airline. Tickets are issued directly at the time of purchase.
  • Full-service carrier flights. We act as an agent of the airline. Tickets are issued via an IATA-accredited agent and agent of record for these bookings.

3.3 The name of the Supplier and the agency capacity in which we act for each booking is shown to you before you pay and is recorded in your Beeline web app account.

3.4 We collect payment from you for each booking (see Section 6). We do this in our capacity as agent; collecting payment does not make us the provider of the travel service or a party to the contract for it.

4. Booking through an AI assistant, and the web app as the source of truth

4.1 You may reach Beeline through a third-party AI assistant (for example, an assistant provided by Anthropic or OpenAI). These assistants are operated by those third parties, not by Beeline, and we do not control how an assistant presents information to you.

4.2 Your Beeline web app account is the definitive record of your booking. Before you pay, you review and confirm your booking summary in the web app, including price, the Supplier's identity, and the applicable cancellation policy. Your past bookings, the Supplier and agency details for each, and all cancellation policies are available there at any time.

4.3 If anything shown to you in an AI assistant differs from your booking summary and confirmation in the Beeline web app, the web app prevails. You are responsible for checking your booking summary in the web app before you complete payment.

5. Your contract for the travel service

5.1 When you book, a contract for the travel service is formed between you and the Supplier, on the Supplier's terms and conditions. We are not a party to that contract.

5.2 The Supplier is responsible for providing the flight or accommodation you book. Matters such as schedule changes, delays, cancellations by the Supplier, overbooking, the condition and standard of accommodation, denied boarding, and the Supplier's own service are the responsibility of the Supplier under its terms and applicable law.

5.3 We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for the Supplier's performance of the travel service, except to the extent the law does not allow us to exclude that responsibility. Section 9 sets out our liability.

5.4 You are responsible for ensuring that the details you give us are correct (including names as they appear on travel documents, dates, and contact details), and for meeting the Supplier's and the destination's requirements, including passports, visas, and health and entry requirements. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect details you provide or from your failure to meet these requirements.

6. Prices and payment

6.1 The price shown to you is the total price payable for the travel service, inclusive of all taxes and charges that we are able to calculate at the time of booking. This is the amount you pay.

6.2 Some charges may be payable by you directly to the Supplier or a third party at a later stage (for example, local taxes, resort fees, or baggage charges), where the Supplier imposes them. Where we are aware of such charges at the time of booking we will tell you, but the Supplier's terms govern them.

6.3 Payment is taken at the time you make your booking, through a secure checkout link provided by our payment processor. The contract for the travel service is formed once payment is completed and the booking is confirmed.

6.4 Prices and availability shown before you pay are subject to change and to availability at the Supplier, until your booking is confirmed. If a price or availability changes before your booking is confirmed, we will tell you and you may choose not to proceed.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

7.1 Beeline does not operate its own cancellation or change policy and does not charge cancellation or change fees. Whether you can change or cancel a booking, and any charge for doing so, is governed entirely by the Supplier's terms for that booking. The applicable policy is shown to you before you pay and is available in your web app account.

7.2 To request a change or cancellation, contact us and we will process your request with the Supplier in accordance with the Supplier's terms. We cannot grant a change or refund that the Supplier's terms do not allow.

7.3 Where the Supplier's terms entitle you to a refund, we refund the amount due back to the payment method used for the original transaction. We do not deduct any fee from your refund. The timing of a refund reaching your account depends on our and your payment provider.

7.4 Statutory cancellation right. The 14-day right to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to the bookings you make through Beeline:

  • Flights. Contracts for passenger transport services are outside the cancellation provisions of those Regulations altogether (regulation 27(2)). This applies to every flight booking, whether or not the ticket is for a fixed date.
  • Accommodation. Contracts for the supply of accommodation are excluded from the right to cancel where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (regulation 28(1)(h)). Accommodation booked through Beeline is always for specified dates.

Your ability to change or cancel a booking is therefore governed by the Supplier's terms, as set out in clauses 7.1 to 7.3. We tell you the applicable policy before you pay.

8. One travel service per booking; no packages

8.1 No packages. Beeline does not sell package holidays. Every booking you make through Beeline is for a single travel service, one flight or one accommodation stay, separately selected, separately priced, and paid for in its own transaction under its own contract with the relevant Supplier. We never combine flights and accommodation into a single inclusive package or offer them at a single package price.

8.2 We do not currently arrange combined trips. Beeline does not offer flights and accommodation for booking together. We do not facilitate "linked travel arrangements" within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

8.3 ATOL. Flights booked through Beeline are not sold as part of an ATOL-protected package. Low-cost carrier tickets are issued directly by the airline at the time of purchase, and full-service carrier bookings are made through an IATA-accredited agent.

9. Our responsibility to you

9.1 We will provide our booking service to you with reasonable care and skill.

9.2 If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

9.3 We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any Supplier, including the provision, quality, cancellation, delay, or non-performance of any flight or accommodation, except to the extent the law does not allow us to exclude that responsibility.

9.4 Limit on our liability. Subject to clause 9.5, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the total price you paid for that booking.

9.5 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded or limited.

9.6 We are not liable to you for any loss caused by an AI assistant operated by a third party, including any error in how such an assistant presents information, where your booking summary and confirmation in the Beeline web app were correct (see Section 4).

9.7 We are not liable for business losses. We provide our service to you only for personal use.

10. Using Beeline properly

10.1 You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

10.2 You agree to use Beeline only to make genuine bookings for yourself or for people you are authorised to book for, and to provide accurate information. You must not use Beeline fraudulently, make speculative or false bookings, scrape or extract data from the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

10.3 We may refuse, cancel, or suspend access to a booking or to the service where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or unlawfully.

11. Your account and authentication

11.1 Access to Beeline is authenticated through the connected AI assistant and our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for activity carried out through your authenticated access.

12. Intellectual property

12.1 Beeline, the "beeline." name and logo, and the content and software that make up the service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in our intellectual property.

13. Your personal data

13.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://docs.onbeeline.com/privacy-policy.html. Please read it to understand how we handle your information.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

14.1 If something goes wrong, please contact us at support@onbeeline.com so we can try to resolve it. Where a complaint concerns the travel service itself, we may need to raise it with the relevant Supplier on your behalf.

15. General

15.1 Governing law. These terms and any booking made through Beeline are governed by the law of England and Wales.

15.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

15.4 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of that right.

15.5 Entire agreement. These terms, together with the booking summary and the Supplier's terms for your travel service, form the whole agreement between us in relation to your use of Beeline.

15.6 Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
