Troubleshooting

The payment link failed or I couldn't pay
A failed payment attempt is normal and retryable on the same link. Reopen the
payment link Beeline gave you and try again — you don't need to start a new
booking. If you've lost the link, ask Claude for it again (for example,
Send me the payment link for my Lisbon hotel again.).
If it keeps failing, try a different room, fare, or dates, or check with your card provider.
My booking is stuck on PENDING
PENDING means the booking is reserved but not yet paid — nothing is charged and
it isn't confirmed. Complete payment on the payment link to confirm it. If you've
already paid and it still shows PENDING after a few minutes, ask Claude to check
the status again; if it doesn't update, get in touch.
I paid but the booking shows CONFIRMATION_FAILED
This means your payment went through but the booking couldn't be confirmed with the hotel or airline. No charge stands for that failed booking — you won't be left paying for something you didn't get. Ask Claude to retry, or choose a different room, fare, or date if the retry doesn't succeed.
I didn't get a confirmation email
A confirmation email is sent once a booking reaches PAID. If you don't see one:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ask Claude to confirm the booking's status — if it's
PAID, the booking is confirmed even if the email is delayed. - Make sure the email address on your Beeline account is correct.
If it's PAID and you still have no email after a while, get in touch.
I can't sign in or connect the connector
- Make sure you're signing in through the secure Beeline login page at onbeeline.com — sign-in never happens inside the chat.
- If you're prompted to sign in again, that's expected from time to time; just complete the login flow.
- If the connector won't connect, remove and re-add it in Claude's connector settings, then sign in again.

How do I cancel a booking?
Ask Claude to cancel it. Beeline previews the penalty first, then cancels once you confirm. Full details in Managing your bookings.
